We’ve just updated this template to be more user friendly. The previous Pages’09 used to show the table more clear, but the new Pages only shows when you click on a cell, which was confusing many customers. So we added some dummy content to the template to make it easier to update and replace.
Here’s a simple Avery Shipping Labels Template for your Mac using Apple Pages that are 2″ x 4″ with 10 labels per sheet and work for the following Avery sheet templates:
- Avery Shipping Label 5163
- Avery Shipping Label 5263
- Avery Shipping Label 5523
- Avery Shipping Label 5663
- Avery Shipping Label 5963
- Avery Shipping Label 5978
- Avery Shipping Label 8163
- Avery Shipping Label 8253
- Avery Shipping Label 8463

Looks like the correct file, but doesn’t specify file type and had a bit of difficulty downloading (was only successful through the link sent via email). Can ONLY be opened with Apple’s Pages.

Hi Kasey, yes, in many instances the Mac hides the file type on files. If you were to press command + i when selecting the file you’ll see that it’s using the .pages extension for our Mac Templates. If you are having a problem downloading the file from website let us know via a support inquiry and we’ll look into it. Yes, most of the templates here are for Apple’s apps, such as Pages, Keynote, and Numbers. Thanks.

Good news, we just updated the template to make it even easier to use. We update the download links with extensions, we added dummy content to the template (as some customers didn’t know they needed to click into a cell to use the template), and made a version for the updated Pages, Pages’09, and a Pages Template file. We hope this update makes it easier for everyone to use.
