There is really nothing to install with a PDF Template. Usually PDFs are “as is” and there is not editing them (unless you have special fancy software). Our PDF Templates are for those that simply want to print the template only. So after you download it just create a special place on your hard drive. We recommend creating a folder in your documents folder called “PDF Templates” and putting all your PDF templates in there.
There may be times that you downloaded your template file and it doesn’t work. Here are a couple reasons why and some troubleshooting tips:
On MacTemplates.com there are 3 ways to download your purchased template(s). (1) Click the download link directly after purchase on the website, (2) click the download link sent in the receipt via email, or (3) simply visit your My Account page to view all of your purchased templates and you can download them from there.
If you have attempted all three of these and haven’t had any success downloading your template, feel free to use the contact form below and we’ll make sure you get your purchased template.
Sometimes people download there template(s) to their Mac and aren’t aware that it downloaded. On the Mac, by default, files are download to your Downloads folder. Which there should be a downloads folder on your dock (by the trash).
