This template is a Monthly Weight Tracker Template for Numbers. Weight tracking doesn’t need to be complicated, so we designed a simple and intuitive way to track your weight every month. Just enter in your current weight, your goal weight, and then update it with your daily weight and it will automatically calculate some great details. Such as your monthly maximum weight, minimum weight, average weight, percentage loss, and total lost weight for each month. It even highlights green if you’ve lost weight and red if you’ve gained weight.
This template also has a second tab called “Yearly Recap” which will give you a great detailed chart showing your yearly progress. It compares you goal weight, with your starting weight and actual weight so you can compare how well you did each month and throughout the year.
It’s fully designed using the Numbers built in styles, and will work great with Numbers on your Mac, iPad or iPhone. It’s a great way to stay on top of your weight and make sure you achieve your goal! And because it’s a Number template you can customize it how you’d like!
