Monthly Weight Loss Tracker Template Personal Story
For a low cost you can keep track of your weight and fitness goals right within Apple Number application. Some say keeping track of your weight and checking in daily is the best way to reach your weight goals. I myself have used it and it worked great for me. I had a goal to lose 20 pounds over 6 months. I checked in on this template daily and saw the my starting weight change each month. It was great to see my progress as I updated it. My process was to check-in on it every Saturday and update my progress. So I’d put in the same weight until the next Saturday, so I saw the change every 7 days and it worked great. I indeed lost 20lbs (actually 21lbs) by the time it was over. I stopped tracking after the 6 months, but have maintained since then. We’ve had several other customers let us know how this has worked for them as well.
I hope this can help you out as much as it helped me, and can achieve those goals to stay fit and healthy without having to rely on those expensive apps that make you pay monthly just to track your weight. This is a one time purchase and you can download the template and start using right away.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our monthly weight tracker template. Thanks and good luck!

I downloaded as I need in kgs, but you can only put whole number which is pointless, I can not put 93,8 or 93.8, it has to be a full number.
Useless in kg without that
MacTemplates –
You can change that in the number formatting on the sidebar in Numbers. Totally doable. Let me know if you have trouble finding where to do that.
